Hi there beautiful,
I have a couple of questions for you today my love,
Ever wondered what happened to those moments when you felt lit up and inspired?
Do you scroll through pinterest and add even more things to your someday list?
Has being creative become work for you? Just another day at the office instead of a time to express yourself fully?
Then you need to hear from my new friend Catherine Ruddell.
You see, she’s a maker, painter, designer, artist and positively fearless – most of the time. And she’s wildly passionate about helping women find an holistic approach to creating their very own sparkling creative life.
You know…that life in which you release the pressure to live your life a certain way and really LIVE your life. To follow your heart, your intuition and creative urges.
I know I know. It’s hard to fit self expression and creativity into your life when there is so many other things going on. Life just seems to get in the way.
Well in this weeks episode we explore the different ways you can be creative in your everyday life…adding that expressive spark back in. Without the stress.
I even picked up a few things from Catherine…I mean, seriously. It’s been sooo long since I actually allowed myself to be truly inspired by the world around me outside of my business. So let’s get back to it together. 😉
In this episode
- Take a journey down memory lane…and hear Catherine’s wildly flowing past – from working in beautiful remote locations, navigating the busy fashion industry, becoming a working artist – all the way to designing and managing her dream cafe.
- Discover why you will never be able to just find inspiration and what you can do instead. (It’s way better!)
- Learn how to honour your unique creative spirit by being present in the moment, exploring your interests, accepting of change and going with the flow…just imagine where it could take you!

She’s spent her entire life welcoming new challenges in both her professional and personal life, and is not afraid to correct course or face change when things don’t fit or turn out as expected. One of her goals in life is to help other creative women navigate change and try to define what living a creative life really means to them.
