I don’t know about you, lovely, but sometimes I feel like I’m going crazy!

But after listening to today’s podcast I know exactly why that is…

Being a woman can be a complicated thing. I mean, let’s face it. We are literally trained from birth to be at war with our bodies. Convinced that what is natural is actually quite unacceptable.

So we spend our lives trying to control our natural feminine cycles into submission. Hormonal birth control. Artificial light. Packaged foods. Toxic body products. And many of us don’t even realize the damage we are causing.

Yep. Being natural is sooo last century. Plastic is the new black. And fake is the new “beautiful”.

We hate it. But it’s become the reality for so many women and girls. And the results can be devastating.

The body starts to slowly break down…literally being tortured by the extra hours, daily stress and never ending stream, of chemicals entering our system. Alongside the desperate desire to be

Weight gain. Breakouts. Broken nails. Hair falling out. Mood swings.

…and that’s not the worst part. Self-destruction begins with self-denial. When we don’t accept who and what we are (a beautifully feminine body born with a natural rhythm, just like nature), we are literally telling our body that there is something wrong it.
